ORDERING GUIDELINES

For questions regarding your catering needs, please call us at (626) 396-2261.
Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your event.

To serve you in the best possible way, we request the following lead times on orders:

  • 24-hour notice for any catering event with a guest count of 14 or less, and further require a 3-hour notice for both additions and deletions.
  • 72-hour notice for any catering event with a guest count of 15 or more, and further require a 24-hour notice for both additions and deletions.
  • More notice, of course, is always preferred. Every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute requests.
  • Additionally, a $20 late fee will be charged to any order being placed outside of these time frame requirements.
  • All prices are per person unless otherwise specified and do not include sales tax. There is a $20.00 minimum on all services.
  • 24 hours cancellation notice is required on all catering services to avoid billing.
  • All services include disposable serviceware, unless china service is requested. China service is available for buffet service for an additional $2.00 per person.
  • Additional charges apply for special request items like flowers, rentals, service staff, or menu items.
  • All catering display equipment (platters, dishes, glassware, etc..) must be left for pick-up after event. Additional charges for missing display equipment will be incurred.
  • Our regular catering hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Afternoon, evening and weekend events are available with potential additional labor charges.
  • If you’re looking for a custom menu outside of our regular catering menu, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to work with you to tailor a menu to your needs.
  • We will bill all events when order is accompanied with an approved charge number. We also accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • On-Site deliveries incur a $20.00 fee. Deliveries to the South Campus incur a $40.00 fee and all Off-Site Deliveries incur a variable fee to be discussed with the Catering Manager.
